1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using KerjaFlow you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you are using the service on behalf of an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation.

2. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the platform, or access data belonging to other workspaces without authorisation.

4. Subscriptions & billing

Paid plans are billed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance where possible.

6. Limitation of liability

KerjaFlow is provided on an "as is" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KerjaFlow Sdn. Bhd. is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
