1. Information we collect

KerjaFlow collects the information you provide when you create an account (name, email), the tasks, files, comments and client records you add, and basic technical data such as device type and log timestamps needed to keep the service secure and reliable.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the workspace, sync tasks across your team, deliver reminders and WhatsApp notifications you enable, and improve product performance. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

3. WhatsApp notifications

If you enable the WhatsApp integration, task status changes may trigger a message to the phone numbers configured by your workspace admin. You can disable this at any time from Settings.

4. Data storage & security

Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and stored on servers located in the Asia-Pacific region. Access is restricted to authorised personnel and governed by role-based permissions.

5. Your rights

You may access, correct, export or delete your personal data at any time. Workspace owners can request full account deletion by contacting privacy@kerjaflow.my.
